team have over 30 years experience in building and supporting global channels
for technology products. We understand our partners' needs and are committed to
keeping communication flowing.
Business development programs consist of lead generation by professional inside
sales representatives. Docutron's Channel Relations Managers are always available
to help partners with technical and market positioning support throughout the
sales process.
Tier II technical support for Docutron Business Partners is standard. Support
hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm EST. Dedicated support reps for partners
are available.
Comprehensive sales and technical training for field representatives is part
of our job as a product manufacturer. Combining the strategic Docutron differentiators
with superior support and service allows our partners to bring their own solutions
based initiatives to customers.
